All Vendors must provide their own power and water, tables & shade.
Vendor booths are available first come first served and I am not guaranteed a specific site or location until vendor fee has been paid. So reserve early!
Vendors must properly cover all power cords used to supply power to my booth with tape or rubber cover guards for safety purposes.
Vendors must be set up and open for the public no later than 10am on July 4th. Any booth not set up by 10:00 a.m. on July 4th will not be able to participate and will not be refunded.
No vehicles allowed inside the park after 5am on the 4th of July. All supplies must be unloaded at your booth site and vehicles removed from area into designated parking spaces prior to 5am. If vehicles are found at a booth after 5am, you will be asked to remove it immediately.
Vendors may set up their booth the day before, on July 3rd with the understanding that there will be no security through the night, taking responsibility for their own booth etc.
There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows
THE ROAD LEADING THROUGH THE PARK WILL CLOSED.
ALL THE PARKING SPACES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED AS BOOTHS.
Food Vendors: In our efforts to provide a world class event here food safety requirements will be enforced by the Mohave County Health Department. will be at the event. It is your responsibility to be prepared to properly handle and keep your food at correct temperatures before it is sold. Thank you for your hard work making it fun for others! The Mohave County Health Department requires an Application for Temporary Food Service permit. It is each vendors' responsibility to have all required permits and licensing in place prior to the event. Click here to download the Operating Guidelines for Temporary Food Booths for Mohave County. TKS will have free WIFI at the event for the vendors. Any vendors using laptops or iPads for sales can utilize the WIFI.
Vendors that don’t have or need insurance or want to carry an insurance policy, you can sign a waiver so SC Festivities is not held liable for any reason.
All vendors shall defend, indemnify, and hold SC Festivities, and its officers, employees, agents and members, harmless from any and all loss, damage, claim for damage, liability, expense or cost, including attorney’s fees which arise out of or are in any way connected with the vendor’s temporary business exhibit/booth. This hold harmless provision shall apply to any acts or omissions, willful misconduct or negligent misconduct, whether active or passive, on the part of vendor or of vendor’s employees, subcontractors, or agents.
