**Vendors: Set up will be best on Tuesday the 3rd. There will be a security detail at the park on the 3rd. If you need to set up 0n the 4th there will be a temporary vendor parking and a light crew to help carry items to your booth. The road leading through the park will closed. All the parking spaces have been assigned as booths. Thank you for understanding.

Note: The V vendor section is popup tents, or table or what you want your area to be. Vendors supply their own shade, tables, tarps ect. SCfestivities will not be able to provide anything for this section.

To Pay for your booth you can pay it with paypal at scfestivities@gmail.com, also at square cash $shortcreek, or a check made out to scfestivities. Please indicate in any notes the booth number.

Food Vendors, in our efforts to making a world class event here we want food safety. The health department will be at the event. It is your responsibility to be prepared to properly handle and  keep your food at correct temperatures before it is sold. Thank you for your hard work making it fun for others!

TKS will have free WIFI at the event for the the vendors. Any vendors using laptops or Ipads for sales this will be there for you.

Ice will be available for $2 per 10 lbs bag in the food court area

 

***Vendors that don’t have or need insurance or want to carry an insurance policy,  you can sign a waiver so scfestivities is not held liable for any reason. We will have them available for you.
